AusLAMP MT data processing required these steps: 1. Select time series data window for processing using matlab codes. 2. Windowed time series processed using Bounded Influence Remote Reference Processing (BIRRP5) code of Chave and Thompson (2003). 3. BIRRP5 outputs were then compiled into Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) format files containing impedance tensor and tipper data. 4. Periods with noisy apparent resistivity, phase and tipper values were removed (or masked) prior to inversion. EDI files in /AusLAMP_long_period/processed_data/raw/ are raw outputs from BIRRP5 processing code. Naming system is as follows: tas105_rr123.edi -> site 105 using site 123 as remote reference tas120_window_rr121.edi -> small time window processed due limited time series tas132_mag131_rr130.edi -> site 132 has corrupted B-field data. B-field data from site 131 used as substitute, and site 130 used as remote reference. EDI files in /AusLAMP_long_period/processed_data/inversion_ready/ are pre-inversion files with noisy periods masked out.
