Broadband MT data processing involved these steps:
    HIGH FREQUENCY STEP
    1.  Select 3 hour time series data window for processing for each site.
    2.  MTpy python codes used to batch process time series through Bounded 
        Influence Remote Reference Processing (BIRRP5) code of Chave and 
        Thompson (2003), with outputs compiled into EDI files.
    LOW FREQUENCY STEP
    3.  Repeat steps 1 and 2 for time windows encompassing the entire deployment.
    4.  Combine EDI files from low and high frequency processing steps into final
        EDI files.
