Use of this CD/DVD is subject to a licence agreement, the full terms of which are

Australia's liability for breach of any statutory warranty is limited to 
replacement of the DVD or refund of the purchase price.

Geoscience Australia disclaims all other liability for all loss, damages, 
expense and costs incurred by any person as a result of relying on the
